Project-specific products
Because microcement and coating products may be project-specific, opened, used, mixed, customised, incorrectly stored, or incorrectly applied products may not be returnable unless required by applicable law or agreed by Terraesta in writing.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact Terraesta as soon as possible at sales@terraesta.com or +62 813-5324-212 with your order details, photos, and a description of the issue.
Terraesta will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange replacement, correction, refund, or another reasonable resolution.
