Sales Representative B2B

Position Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with business clients, and driving sales of Terraesta’s high-quality products and services. Fluency in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and target potential business clients within the construction, renovation, and design sectors.
• Utilize various channels such as networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms to generate new leads.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with prospect information and sales activities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions using Terraesta’s product offerings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Product Knowledge & Training
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Terraesta’s products, including Fibermesh and microcement varieties.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide training and support to clients on product applications and benefits.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with the marketing and procurement teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
• Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or design industries.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding regions as needed.
• Knowledge of microcement applications and construction materials is a plus.
