Achieving a flawless, professional finish with our microcement system is simple and efficient. Follow these easy steps to transform any surface:
Step 1
Prepare the Surface
Fill and Smooth: Address any joints or uneven areas by filling them with the appropriate product for a flawless foundation.
Clean and Dust-Free: Ensure the surface is clean and ready for application.
Step 2
Mix the Product
a. Shake the toner container for 30 seconds to mix it properly.
b. Pour the entire bottle into the bucket of microcement.
c. Slowly add 2–3 liters of water, adjusting until the mix feels right for you.
d. Mix well: Use an electric mixer and blend for at least 5 minutes. Keep going until the color looks completely smooth with no streaks.
Once it’s mixed, you’re all set to start applying!
Step 3
Apply the Microcement
a. Build the Foundation:
Apply a 3-4mm layer of Microcement over the prepared surface. This foundation layer ensures stability and prepares the surface for reinforcement.
b. Strengthen with Fibermesh:
Lay the Fibermesh mesh onto the first layer of Microcement, ensuring it is properly embedded and secured. This reinforcement enhances the durability and flexibility of the microcement.
c. Final Layer:
Apply the top layer 3-4mm of Microcement over the Fibermesh, achieving a flawless and durable finish that enhances both the aesthetic and structural integrity of the surface.
Let the Microcement dry for min 4 hours before proceeding to step 4.
Step 4
Protect the Surface
1. Apply the sealant: Apply the hardener to fortify the microcement and prevent damage.
Varnish for Durability: Finish with layers of hard lacquer and super varnish for added resistance to stains and chemicals.
