Position Summary:
Terraesta is a leader in microcement solutions, committed to producing high-quality products through precision and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our mixing and manufacturing operations. This role requires strong leadership, quality control expertise, and the ability to manage production processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
 • Manage the mixing and blending processes to maintain product consistency and specifications.
 • Supervise production staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to operating procedures.
 • Monitor raw material usage and inventory to ensure availability for production.
 • Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
 • Develop and optimize workflows to improve production efficiency and minimize waste.
 • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
 • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage supply chain and deliveries.
 • Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
 • Maintain detailed records of production data, including output, waste, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:
 • Proven experience as a Production Manager, Factory Supervisor, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
 • Strong understanding of mixing and blending processes, ideally within the construction or chemical industries.
 • Experience in quality control, process optimization, and efficiency improvements.
 • Knowledge of factory safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Technical & Leadership Skills:
 • Ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced production environment.
 • Hands-on experience with production machinery, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
 • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to optimize factory operations.
 • Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics.
 • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data tracking.

 • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
