About Us:
Terraestra is a leading provider of high-quality microcement products, delivering seamless and stylish surface solutions across Bali and beyond. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin Staff to join our growing team in Bali.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Management: Accept and process incoming orders with accuracy.
• Timeline Coordination: Ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on schedule, coordinating with the delivery team and couriers.
• Customer Support: Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage restocking as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Team Support: Assist with other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
