About Us:
Terraestra is a leading provider of high-quality microcement products, delivering seamless and stylish surface solutions across Bali and beyond. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin Staff to join our growing team in Bali.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Accept and process incoming orders with accuracy.
Timeline Coordination: Ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on schedule, coordinating with the delivery team and couriers.
Customer Support: Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage restocking as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and deliveries.
Team Support: Assist with other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
