Position Summary:
Terraesta is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to oversee and enhance our human resource operations, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring that our staff and organizational goals are aligned. This role is integral to maintaining Terraesta’s values, policies, and performance standards while supporting the professional growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Management

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Terraesta’s overall business objectives.
• Bridge management and staff relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout all human resource management processes.

2. Recruitment and Selection

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs.

3. Performance Management

• Manage and oversee Terraesta’s performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Support managers with performance-related guidance and development strategies.

4. Policy Development and Communication

• Design, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
Effectively communicate staff responsibilities, including ensuring adherence to Terraesta’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

5. Learning and Development

• Create and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
• Assess and monitor training needs across departments.

6. Payroll and Benefits Management

• Oversee payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, wages, and benefits.
• Collaborate with operations teams to verify and process payroll information.
• Maintain and manage Terraesta’s pay plan and benefits program.

 7. Workforce Planning and Scheduling

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with managers and team leads to adjust staffing requirements as needed.

8. Inventory and Resource Management

• Oversee and manage staff-related resources, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

9. Employee Relations and Engagement

• Foster a positive working environment to nurture employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Actively engage with employees to understand and address concerns, enhancing workplace morale.

10. Compliance and Systems Management

• Ensure Terraesta’s HR systems, including the internet and intranet sections, are up-to-date and functional.
• Leverage HR software and tools to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Administrator, Manager, or other HR executive.
• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and provide leadership.

• Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• Adaptability and experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding regions as needed.
