We are seeking an energetic, solutions oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in Bali. This role is much more than scheduling meetings and answering calls. You will become an integral extension of our managers, helping them stay focused, organised, and operating at peak performance.

You must have a can do attitude, a positive mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep things moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day to day administrative support to senior managers acting as their right hand
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries
• Draft, edit, and manage emails, reports, and presentations with a high level of professionalism
• Proactively solve problems and find solutions before they become issues
  Support project management tasks, helping track deliverables, deadlines, and team communications
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with discretion and a service minded attitude
• Handle confidential information with absolute integrity
• Assist with personal errands or tasks as needed to help managers stay focused on priorities
  
  What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior managers or entrepreneurs
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with a track record of anticipating needs
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with keen attention to detail
• Proactive and solutions focused. You find ways around roadblocks and keep a positive attitude no matter what comes up
• Tech savvy and comfortable using various productivity tools including Google Workspace, Notion, and project management software
• Must live locally in Bali and be available for on site work as needed
• Discretion and professionalism. You handle sensitive information with care and respect
